An International Driving Permit (IDP) with motorcycle category is required for all bikes, regardless of engine size. We recommend obtaining one before your trip.
Insurance is not included in the rental price. It must be purchased separately. Please note that full insurance coverage is not available for all bikes — ask us at the time of booking which models are eligible.
The deposit is your passport. No cash is required. We ask you to leave your passport with us for the duration of the rental — it is your guarantee. It is returned in full when you bring the bike back.
We deliver only within Patong Beach, with a minimum rental of 7 days. Delivery is free for rentals meeting this requirement.
We provide 24/7 WhatsApp support. In the event of a breakdown, contact us immediately and we will arrange roadside assistance or a replacement bike as quickly as possible.
The minimum rental period is 7 days. Longer rentals get better rates — 15% off weekly and 20% off monthly.
We recommend wearing full protective gear (helmets included), riding within your skill level, and staying cautious on mountain roads. Always wear your helmet — it's the law in Thailand.
